All Sales Are Final All purchases are considered final. We encourage customers to carefully inspect all items before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Returns for Store Credit In certain situations, returns may be accepted for store credit only and must be approved by management. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original receipt.

Restocking Fees Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price to cover handling and inspection costs.

Special Orders & Clearance Items All special orders, custom pieces, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your furniture upon pickup or delivery. Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours so we can review and address the issue appropriately.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
